ExcelVaultSearch:

This versatile tool allows you to overcome Autodesk Vault's limitation of not being able to search for multiple files at once.

By utilizing an excel spreadsheet the application scans the excel list and loads all valid part\filenames into the application which allows the user to select various file extensions to be searched in vault. Up to 500 files can be search and returned from vault in one request. 

Returned files can be opened using the native CAD installed applications. Files can also be copied to the users local drive in one action.
